This report marks the end of the integration. It confirms that the work planned before close has been completed, the intended outcomes have been achieved, and the organization is ready to operate as one company.

Unlike the Day 30 report, which measured progress, the Day 100 report confirms completion. Every planned end state has been achieved across all workstreams. Every required deliverable has been completed. Every remaining risk has been resolved, accepted, or transitioned into normal business operations.

The report follows the same structure used throughout the integration, allowing leaders to compare progress over time using a consistent set of measures. Each workstream is evaluated against the outcomes it committed to deliver, providing a clear record that the objectives established before close were achieved.

More importantly, the report demonstrates that the integration delivered results—not simply completed tasks. Employees have transitioned successfully, customers continue to be served, systems and processes operate as planned, and governance responsibilities have been handed to the business.

The final scorecard serves as the formal close-out of the integration. It provides executives, the board, and other stakeholders with objective evidence that the integration is complete, the temporary integration structure can be retired, and the combined organization is fully prepared to move forward as a single business. This is what a successful 100-Day integration looks like.
