Pre-Close Planning. The IT kickoff meeting brings the technology team together to align on objectives, roles, governance, and major decisions. From there, the team develops the IT pre-close merger integration plan, identifies dependencies and risks, and prepares the systems and infrastructure for Day 1.
Day 1 and Week 1. A Day 1 readiness check is performed to confirm every employee will have immediate access to critical tools and support. Day 8 Through Day 100.
