An HR integration has specific deliverables:

  • The change readiness assessment runs on a two-week pulse survey cycle. Send it, analyze it, share the results with employees, take visible action, repeat. The goal is to measure the likelihood of successful change before problems surface — not after. Employees who see their feedback reflected in decisions become advocates for the integration. Employees who don't see that connection become a source of attrition risk.
  • The change impact assessment goes deeper. It requires structured interviews with every functional lead to map current state versus future state, identify the complexity of process and capability changes, assess stakeholder readiness by group, and build mitigation strategies before risks become real problems.
  • The IMO kickoff meeting is where priority workstreams get identified so interview scheduling can start immediately. Outputs include a formal change impact assessment document and a set of change mitigation strategies organized by stakeholder group.
  • Week 1 onboarding gives acquired employees more than a welcome email. It delivers information guides, benefit change summaries, welcome kits, and change management training designed to make the first week feel intentional and well-organized. The communications plan is built directly from impact assessment findings, ensuring every stakeholder group receives accurate, timely, and tailored information at the right moment. FAQs, core messages, and a Day 1 employee playbook are the primary outputs.
  • The entire program runs on a sequenced project plan with Day 1 communications prioritized first and survey-based feedback used to continuously refine the plan as the integration progresses.
