An integration charter is the short founding document for a workstream — it names a team's mission, draws a boundary around what's in scope, and lists open questions that need to be answered.
The charters in this presentation do the opposite of what most planning documents do. Instead of adding detail, they strip a workstream objectives down to the few things that matter the most.
