Integration Management Office (IMO)
Once the integration strategy and governance are determined, the Integration Management Office (IMO) Kickoff Meeting takes place. This orientation, led by the Integration Manager and attended by the Steering Committee, the Core IMO Team, and Team Leads, provides the initial work stream planning inputs such as the integration strategy, objectives, guiding principles, phases of the integration, timeline, rules of engagement, non-negotiables, end-states, risks, and priorities. Then, the Team Leads, in turn, conduct kickoff meetings with their teams to bring them up to speed..
