By purchasing a subscription to MandAPlaybook.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. License Granted

Subject to this Agreement, 100-Day Advisors LLC grants Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to:

Access content on MandaPlaybook.com for one year.
Download templates, presentations, spreadsheets, documents, checklists, and related materials.
Modify, customize, edit, and incorporate downloaded materials into Customer's own internal business operations.
Continue using any files downloaded in perpetuity for Customer's internal business purposes, even after the subscription expires.

2. Prohibited Uses

Customer shall not, directly or indirectly:

Sell any file.
Resell any file.
License any file.
Sublicense any file.
Post files on the Internet.
Copy the files into another subscription service.
Include the files within another software product.
Create a competing template library.
Market the files.
Commercialize the files as standalone products.
Remove copyright notices.
Claim ownership of MandAPlaybook content.
Use automated software, bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to copy content.
Use the content to develop or train artificial intelligence models, large language models, machine learning systems, or similar technologies
Share login credentials.
Permit unauthorized users to access subscriber content.

3. Ownership

All content available on MandAPlaybook.com are copyrighted and remain the exclusive property of 100-Day Advisors LLC and are protected by United States copyright laws, trademark laws, trade secret laws, and other applicable intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to Customer.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 100-Day Advisors LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the subscriber materials. 100-Day Advisors' total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by Customer for the applicable subscription.
